What is EcoNIDRA?

EcoNIDRA combines the practices of yoga nidra and forest bathing to create a powerfully restful and rejuvenating experience. Together we’ll take an internal journey through our senses, tune into our bodies, and finally let the sounds of the natural world carry us to a place of deep relaxation.

Do I need experience of yoga/mindfulness/forest bathing/meditation etc?

No, absolutely not! These sessions are suitable for everyone, whether you’ve tried anything similar before or not.

What should I have ready when I log on for the session?

A quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed, space to lie down, blankets and cushions to keep you cosy, and headphones (for the best sound quality) – that’s it!
